1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the All Kerala Esports Federation ("AKEF") platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including players, team owners, coaches, committee members, and colleges.

2.1You must be at least 13 years old to register. Individuals under 18 require parental/guardian consent.
2.2You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2.3You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.4You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.5AKEF reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3.1Membership fees are as specified during the registration process.
3.2All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
3.3Membership validity periods are as specified in the membership plan.
3.4AKEF reserves the right to modify membership fees with prior notice.
3.5Approved memberships grant access to AKEF tournaments, events, and member benefits.

4.1All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
4.2You authorize AKEF to charge the membership fee to your selected payment method.
4.3Payment confirmation is required for membership activation.
4.4Currency for all transactions is Indian Rupees (INR).
4.5You are responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway charges.
4.6Failed or incomplete payments will result in registration not being processed.

5.1All registrations are subject to approval by district and/or state federation officials.
5.2AKEF reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
5.3Approval timelines may vary; we strive to process applications within 7-14 business days.
5.4Rejected applications will be communicated via email with reasons (if applicable).
5.5Refunds for rejected applications will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Users agree to:
6.1Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2Respect fair play, sportsmanship, and integrity in all competitions.
6.3Not engage in cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized software.
6.4Not harass, abuse, or threaten other members or officials.
6.5Not share false, misleading, or defamatory content.
6.6Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6.7Respect intellectual property rights of AKEF and third parties. Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7.1All content on the AKEF platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by AKEF or licensed to us.
7.2You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7.3AKEF name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.
7.4User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants AKEF a license to use for promotional purposes.

8.1AKEF reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
8.2You may request account deletion by contacting us at mail@akef.in.
8.3Upon termination, your access to member benefits and services will cease.
8.4Membership fees are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.
8.5AKEF may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9.1AKEF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9.2Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
9.3AKEF is not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
9.4Participation in tournaments and events is at your own risk.
9.5AKEF is not liable for disputes between members, teams, or third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold AKEF, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your use of the platform, Your violation of these terms, Your violation of any third-party rights, Your user-generated content.

11.1Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
11.2Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
11.3We encourage resolving disputes amicably through communication before legal action.
11.4Mediation or arbitration may be considered for dispute resolution.

12.1AKEF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12.2Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
12.3Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12.4Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
