Following Information is saved by EasyManager Services only for proper function of them:

• User Ids (To link server members with event registration information)
• Server Ids (Stored to link your server with event information)
• Channel Ids (For command overwrites, configurations and functionalities that are specific to channels related to tournaments)
• Role Ids (For command overwrites, configurations and functionalities that are specific to roles related to tournaments)
• Any user supplied content that can include but not limited to, team name, players in-game name, players in-game ID, etc related to tournaments.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we do collect, we’ll protect using commercially reasonable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Our site may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind you may need to provide some information to us in order to take advantage of some of our services and features.

The following people can access the data:

1. Bot developers
2. Server Moderators

How to remove the data ?

To remove your data, you can do the following:

1. Ask the server moderators in the tournament servers to delete your data for the event
2. Join our discord server and ask any of the bot moderator to delete your entire data. They will send your request to the developers and your entire data will be deleted within 24-48 hours.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
