- All players must play under their Riot ID. Changing accounts will not be permitted.
- The team members must be present in the discord voice channel 15 minutes before the match timing. If the team does not show up after a maximum of 5 calls, they will be disqualified. If a team insist to use any other form of communication means like in game chat or team speak contact the admins prior to the start of the match.
- All forms of cheating are strictly prohibited. Severe action will be taken in case of instances.
- Killjoy is allowed for the tournament.
- A team must consist of a minimum of 5 players. An optional substitute can be added to the team. If you’re using a substitute in any of the games, you must inform the administrators beforehand. Maximum of 2 substitutes are allowed to be registered.
- Toxicity/ Verbal abuse is strictly not permitted. If found guilty, the player/team would be given a warning first. On repeated offenses, the team would be disqualified and further discussion regarding the disqualification will not be allowed.
- Map selection is based on a pick and ban system via coin toss. The team who wins the toss can either ban a map/choose a side, either attack or defense.
- Streaming: You are allowed to stream the games on certain conditions. There must be a delay of a minimum of 1.5 minutes and the tournament’s live stream link must be mentioned in the description.
- Matches will be conducted under Tournament mode in custom room hosted by AKEF admins. By default the server is Singapore 1.
- Each team is given 3 timeouts with a maximum duration of 300 seconds(5 minutes) per match. Captain of each team can respectively call for a time out in case of a technical pause, connection error for any team mates. Pauses cannot be called in between a round.
